About Michelle

Easing the burden

No matter where you find yourself, or how you came to be there, I believe you hold the internal knowledge to forge your own authentic path forward. Together we uncover the road ahead.

Grounded, curious and warm

I specialize in anxiety, depression, and trauma, and enjoy working with adults and couples who want to deepen their relationship with themselves and the people who are most important to them. I am passionate about supporting you as you move through blocks, cycles, or old habits that are affecting your relationships and goals.

Unwavering advocate and equal partner

Throughout my life I’ve always found my place as a mentor and coach and came to this work after personally experiencing its transformational effect.

I bring many life experiences - including parenting, career change, trauma, and grief - and hold you in a space of equality and acceptance.  I have worked in industries including technology, health care, and non-profit, and understand the effects of our high-achieving culture.

  • Your job is to find the path, mine is to help you discover it.
